helpful reception staff large room helpful staff luggage assistance
the reception staff was helpful. they gave us a beautiful, large room. all the staff at the front desk were helpful throughout our stay. guille helped us with the parking lot and luggage.
the pool area was a bit small.

the hotel is in the center. it is close to the historic center and the beach. taxis are available in front of the hotel within 12 min. i found this very convenient and travels.

Really good Stay in a Great Location
helpful employees spacious rooms fantastic food lovely decor
Sarah and Diana at reception were particularly helpful and polite. Tony, the waiter at the rooftop restaurant, offered excellent service. The food tasted fantastic and the rooms felt very spacious. The hotel's decor was very pleasing and the rooftop bar area proved lovely.
The prosecco measure was quite small relative to its price.

The room featured a comfortable king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa and coffee table. There was a work desk with readily available power outlets. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower. ample counter space for toiletries.

The rooftop pool area included comfortable loungers and umbrellas for shade. The gym contained three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. The hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises and a concierge service.

limited breakfast variety noisy road
The location was indeed convenient, close to many attractions. I appreciated the modern decor in the rooms. the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. The automatic coffee machine was the only free option and a proper coffee was extra. This felt stingy for a hotel in this category. I also found the road-facing rooms to be quite noisy, impacting sleep quality.
